Delirium

After The Culling stole away most of the human population in addition to the Moon, the survivors were left reeling. These Forgotten live in a changed world, where time and space are loose, where the remains of human civilization are warped. A weird presence has merged our cities together, filling them with some phantom presence that forced the Forgotten out into the wilds. Cast from the sanctuaries we had built, the Forgotten are now prey to strange, warped monsters that entice, stalk, and devour.

The only defense against these Chimera are The Blessed, humans with access to arcane and eldritch powers that stand as a bulwark against the darkness.
